The TGA Blog - NEW!!

The Blog for members of the TGA website is now active.  With all the discussion regarding the impact that Tiger Woods' left knee injury might have on his ability to play at the highest level - we thought that this might be a good topic to explore.  Michael Dalgleish has highlighted some key aspects of his pathology and posed the some questions regarding the functional impact the injury and the surgery might have on his technique and physical recovery. Have your say on the Blog and see what other people's views are.

TGA Certified Members - NEW!!

In 2009 the Directors will launch the Certified Members' process.  All those who have completed the Level I and II TGA Seminars are eligible to sit the exam.  It will involve a certain amount of clinical experience out of your chosen field - either allied health/physiotherapy and PGA Professional. The balance of the process will involve examination of at least one case study of 3d kinematics and video - as well as the preparation of the testing and interventions the student should take both technically and physically. Watch for our next newsletter for the finalisation of the content of the examination process. Please contact us if you are interested in undertaking the process.
