Screening - 10 Test On Range Screening Protocol for Golfers
The Golf Athlete launched the 10 Test Protocol in 2011. This resource can be used by PGA Professionals or Health Professional either on the range or in the clinic to provide a more objective and comparable score. Its cornerstone is the 1-5 grading system and with left and right tests provides for a score out of 80 for all players.

This screening process will benefit all levels of golfers by allowing players to understand where their physical limitations are and how they relate to their golf swings. They can then either ask their coaches to work around any limitations or, better still, start a Athletic Development programme tailored to their specific weaknesses including possible physiotherapist intervention to speed up the process.
